Please make your own hotel reservations directly with the hotel at (903) 509-4411. Specify “AP Managing Editors of Texas” when you call the reservation line to qualify for the convention rate and help us meet our room guarantees. The rate is good for reservations made through February 28 or until our block of rooms has been filled.

- Flying into Tyler? Transportation is available to the hotel. Contact Dave Berry (dvberry@tylerpaper.com) to arrange for a ride.
- Tyler’s annual Azalea festival opens convention weekend. If you are interested in walking or driving the trail, details are available at http://www.tylerazaleatrail.com.
- Cars will leave the hotel for the barbeque at the Historic Aviation Memorial Museum at 6:30 p.m. Friday. Please indicate on your registration form whether you plan to attend. For those driving themselves, directions are here.
