9:30 a.m. — Power up: Stories to take home about the energy sector in Texas. Everyone is afraid of the cold, but summer’s heat could prompt rolling blackouts, as well.

10:30 a.m. — Break

10:45 a.m. — Access denied: The ongoing fight for government access and open records. The annual Freedom of Information report gives you the latest on what may be changing about open government and open records laws as the Legislative session rolls on. [Salon F-G]

11:45 a.m. — Newsroom of the Year and Star of Stars Headliners Awards: Presented by the Headliners Foundation, the winners of TME’s highest recognition are announced. [Salon F-G]
